Terms

All items are priced F.O.B. High Point, North Carolina

Net 30 Days (established accounts)

A 50% deposit of invoice amount is required on all un-established accounts with balance due before shipment of order.

Orders received without deposits will be held and started at time deposit is received.

No orders will be shipped to any account that has an outstanding balance over 45 days. New orders will be shipped upon balance of outstanding account being paid in full.

Any order being held by factory past 10 days of original requested ship date will be subject to order being invoiced and invoice must be paid within terms.

Any order being completed and held beyond 20 days of original requested ship date by customers request is subject to a storage charge being assessed.

Carolina Customer Booths accepts no responsibility for the durability of Customers Own Materials (COM).

Orders and Revisions

Written confirmations must be received for all orders, either by fax or mail.

A written acknowledgment of the order will be forwarded to the customer. After receipt of acknowledge for advising the factory of any incorrect information concerning the "outstanding order".

Honoring revisions to the original order will be based on where the order is in production when the revision is received.

Any changes made to order after order is in production is subject to addition cost and possible delays.

Cancellations

In the event of an order being cancelled Carolina Custom Booths reserves the right to retain the deposit on a non-established account or to charge for established accounts for the cost of materials purchased for order or to charge customer for all materials purchased for making the order plus any other applicable restocking charges.

Availability of Materials

Carolina Custom Booths does not guarantee the availability of materials or other items listed in this price list as the manufacturers of these materials my make their products unavailable or discontinued without notice.

Shipments

All products are shipped F.O.B. High Point, North Carolina.

Most orders are shipped on our fleet of trucks and can be set up in place by our drivers. Thus minimizing damages by regular common carriers.

Single, Double and ½ circle booths are shipped fully assembled ready to be placed in restaurant. ¾ booths need only to be bolted together.

Freight delivery amounts will be quoted at time of order.

Claims & Returns

If a defect is noted, it must be reported to the factory no later than 10 days after shipment is received.

Charges for unauthorized repairs or alterations without the written approval by the factory become the responsibility of the customer.
